Taylor Reese Whitsett

Hi, I’m Taylor Reese — a Tennessee native and the heart behind Taylor Reese Interiors. Ever since my family built our first home, I knew interior design was more than a passion — it was my calling.

I earned my undergraduate degree in Interior Design from MTSU, and just one month after graduating, I began my master’s in Communications and Website Creation at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville — finishing both by the age of 23.

I’m bubbly, easily excitable, and always bring an enthusiastic, down-to-earth energy to the design process. I know firsthand what it’s like to want beautiful design without the high-end price tag, which is why I work hard to create affordable, elevated spaces that feel like you. Good design shouldn’t be out of reach — and I’m here to make it approachable, fun, and inspiring.

Raised in a proud military family, I was taught to dream big and stay grounded. My stepdad, one of my biggest role models, instilled in me the importance of optimism and always reaching higher — a mindset I carry with me in both life and design.

I now live in North Georgia on a farm with my husband Tim and our golden retriever, Ruby with our family just up the driveway. I can’t wait to help you create a home that feels just right, no matter where you are.
